Finally I have got a min to sit down. I have packed 2 huge boxes of kitchen stuff, ready for moving. A box of books. Walked the dogs, had an hour or so of guitar practice and poured a large glass of wine.

Well I have been to wwwww today, cooked a meal, been food shopping, restrung the new guitar (needs a new E string as the one in the pack was faulty and broke instantly at the bobble end as I was tuning it - somewhere around B) after putting a lovely new pickguard on. I've hoovered, dusted, texted a load of customers with reminders, sorted out getting some flyers delivered with my part-time chap, mucked out the fish, dug worms for the axolotls and got some more water ready for the next water change. Washed up, wiped up, put away, done some laundry including a stack of ironing and found time to surf a bit of interweb.

It's been a busy old day and my back is not any better. Still, only one dog to groom tomorrow, 2 on Friday and 4 on Saturday, then on Sunday I can give the poor thing a bit of a rest.

Good morning Tealandians

Reporting in from Cyprus. We were put in a small beach apartment last night as the larger place we have rented isn't available until this afternoon. We awoke to a magnificent dawn over the Med, it's now 7.22am here and the heat would already melt steel .

We got to a karaoke bar, one that's new to us, for an hour last night and I sang 2 of the Greek songs I've learned. The sight/sound of a tourist singing in Greek went down very well so I'm chuffed.
