Afternoon everyone. Had a busy day today. First i had to take my grandaughter to the dentist as part of her ongoing treatment she had to had 2 teeth out. One on each side on the top. But she was very brave Indeed. Did a bit of shopping as I was in Newtown already and then came home. Changed and the went straight out for a around the lanes. Beautiful day today. It was a bit dull, but very warm. Have to do the perverbial write up. Hope evryone has had a good day.

After I cleaned Priscilla I went to town. Since I've been back I've been helping hubby with the garden (him strimming, me raking).
The grass had got so long because our petrol strimmer needed a new part, which arrived this morning.
He is just running the petrol mower over it now - I quit about an hour ago

Actually, they recommend 24 hrs rest after an extraction (I used to work in the hospital outpatients dental dept) as activity etc can raise blood pressure which in turn can cause bleeding, meaning the clot takes longer to form and therefore the area to heal

Yeah your right. They did say not to exercise of exert herself to much and believe me she won't.

Well, we had a pork shoulder roast on Sunday, left over joint now very thinly sliced and made a soup of chicken stock, shaosing wine and star anise, added home grown chilli, fresh ginger and garlic, pak choi, sliced green beans, bamboo shoots and udon noodles, dish that up into bowls once nicely done, add warmed thin pork on top. Bibs necessary when eating. That's tea. Glad you got out WD, glad you shopped SL and Bobby, well...oh Bob, what have you done?

I worked hard all day then Mrs Mhor sent me up the scaffolding to clean all the PVC on windows and doors, gutters and facia if men don't dismantle before the weekend..
