Believe me I spent many hours in the rain holding ladders and tools etc. but in this weather i would be more of a hindrance than help

He would be more worried about me getting hurt, and in turn that could cause him to be careless and get hurt himself

After today's rain..probably right.it usually takes a couple of days for it to get there down the Severn from Wales. The marina is sat on the Avon which is fed from east Midlands

We seem to be lucky here in the Midlands, heavy rain and strong winds but no serious problems. My heart goes out to all those whose houses are flooded, nightmare
