54:32 ....this is going to be close.
Could you pass me another 3 pancakes and the maple syrup [I'll have Rockaay's spare one] and the cornish ice-cream while you're up...:giggle:

I thought you were 'fasting' mrs wol? :mrpig:

When I was doing LEJOGLE, I reckoned I needed 6000 cals a day and I still lost weight. So I think you can probably triple that figure Potsy
:highfive:

If I don't lose weight I'm blaming you though

Looking at wol's post in that thread I think I would do the same as her, work out the 600-700 cals for the day beforehand and plan it out, only thing that worries me is I would typically burn off 600-ish calories each day commuting, would this be dangerous?

I always try to stick to 1500 cal when I'm cycling or working and I lose weight slowly but steadily. I get a bit grumpy when I'm starving - and I'd certainly feel very hungry on 600 cal per day. I don't think it's dangerous - I admire your self-control though.
I struggle to stick to the 2400 cals I am allowed now

Will have to think about this one for a while.

Back from work, but have to go out, so no chance of hitting 10k tonight.
Save some of the celebration cake from your milestone Rocky and I'll possibly get there tomorrow.
