:hello: Today there was lots of :cuppa:, 49.17 miles of :bicycle:, a full English :hungry:, saying hello to some real life :mrpig: through a fence on the way home, some :sun: and some :rain:... and lots more :cuppa:. I am very :tired:.
:bravo:Do your jeans fit a little better now? :mrpig:
I usually drive to work if I do a weekend shift, today decided to ride in as I need the miles for my target.
Legs feel very tired lately, think they are ready for the Christmas break :snowball:

Thank you Speicher, I will give them a call tomorrow and see what the deal is. Hopefully they will have a drop off point somewhere. I shall sort out the rest of my old CDs adn see what else can go. I am sure I have a load of failed DVD-RWs too.

Do you not need any drinks coasters?

How many pints of Tea are needed when someone has had a curry that was hotter than expected?
Two or ghee?

Ghee.

Just to clarify the matter...

(not my joke, made by a colleague tonight)

I got this as my secret santa present:

It's more disturbing in real life. That's a thong it's wearing.

That's much better
Arch- is there a 'story' behind that choice of pressie?

I don't think so. I think it was just generally inappropriate...

My boss received a set of cleats to fix to shoes to turn them into tap shoes. We can't wait for his Fred Astaire impression down the metal steps we use to access the glass skips...

I have finally got a set of Marathons onto my Brommie!!!!
I stripped the used Velox rim-tape off a knackered old wheel, and it fitted and stayed stuck! I also managed to mount (oo-er) the tyres using only my thumbs. Apply one track pump, and I now have a ridable* Brompton again

*except that it's still upside-down on the coffee table behind me.
