I am back from the GP's. I walked there today, my longest unaided and unsupported walk for about 6 months! It is only about 3/4 of a mile round trip so I made it around a mile by popping into Wilkinsons for a gear cable for Tiddles.
I have to see a psychologist now. I guess that makes me officially

Oh! My colleague David is kicking himself for not having a camera on his phone. Triking back past the York Press offices this morning, one of the headline banners read,

I said I'd snap it on my phone later, but when he went back that way, it had been taken down...
