Right then confession time..... I went out on the Cycle Chat Bromley Massive today with an unclean bike. I didn't get round to cleaning it after last weeks ride. The bike was dirty.....and it was noticed on the ride... which made me feel dirty.

Time for more tea..then watch the Grand Prix.. then get off my arse to give the bike a nice clean.

I is being healthy and having chicken with salad, and am absolutely not going to eat the 6 remaining egg custards that are in the fridge
