Today the cold is more of an irritated cough, and I'm taking it to Caerdydd today, with a high probability of taking it to Abertawe also.

I would have been out for a ride as it's lovely out but have the boys hospital appointment in the middle of the day! If it's still nice later I will go after although I'm always better in the mornings (energy wise)

Thursday is out as well as I have 2 appointments, one morning and one afternoon!
