I've put it back down. I think the muscle ache was just me over doing things and not the seat!I also found out the hard way that it's possible to have the seat too high as well as too low. I hope you haven't pulled anything - took my knees ages to heal in the autumn.

It was Priscilla....Rambo is having a little rest up until I can find him a new rear wheel or pilfer a hub to rebuild..Its Priscilla or what's his name...

No, got it rebuilt and found the inside of the hub had been damaged and the bearings wouldn't stay in because the inner hub was bent!
A complete new wheel would be easiest...looking for a second hand one first off

I've just been down and checked my Polly is okay...
I was referring to the Bolton crossdresser's female name (back quite a few pages)..
Anyhow, too much excitement in Bawb's life tonight...
I'm off to the land of make believe where...........is waiting on me....
