Oh my sympathies!!!
My shoulder does that, I've never known pain like it and I've given birth to 10lb ers on gas and air
I caught my arm today getting the bike through one of those staggered gates and I had to stand still for a few minutes and thought I was gonna throw up.
I'm due another steroid inection at the end on the month but tbh the last one didn't help and I'm living on Voltarol.
Damned if it will stop me getting on my bike though!
Take care!
I am not allowed voltarol or any other NSAIDs for that matter. I've only the one kidney. I've had the cortisone injections in my shoulder in the past but the shoulder seems to have sorted itself out over the years now. I feel your shoulder pain, having been there for a long time. Horses by any chance??

Not horses in my case although both daughters ride (one just left the Army where she rode every day). I was told that it was just one of those things but I have FM and get a lot of soft tissue injuries.
I am falling to bits!

I have nothing so serious. I have a couple of local friends with FM and I know how horrible it can be. Good for you for keeping on with exercising, most people don't.
All my aches and pains are self inflicted. Horses mostly. Then there was the racing motorbikes phase in my early twenties followed by the rollerblading phase that did for my wrist.
I have a bit of Osteo in my knees but deal with it by taking exercise, not eating red meat and generally looking after myself. I've had it for 20+ years and have been keeping it at bay. Getting some weight off is now a priority as I'm starting to get a bit of knee pain when its not raining.

One cannot deny that Knock Three Times is a slightly better song(no Bob its not) than Tie A Yellow Ribbon (esp first thing in the morning)...at least the whole damn bus cheers on the latter.

Good morning Saluki:hello:

and finally to my fellow Scot but nemesis SL, a fine day to ya:hello:
