I see from the headlines that I am now in an official minority group. (I am Cornish but in exile just over the border) All I have to do is promise to vote LibDem and keep the prices high enough on second holiday homes that are empty 48 weeks of the year to keep the locals out of them. Oh, and only offer jobs to Cornish people that involve selling ice creams, pasties or cream teas for 4 weeks a year.
