Hi all, good afternoon and all that. Just lunching with a cuppa.:cuppa: Dentist this morning, in via motorised commuting chariot with MrsD but took bike to get home on, strong headwind all the way home so I reckon double the energy used! Laptop strangely not noisy today... it must know there's a new one on the way, just got email, should be here sometime today soon... Excited like a kid! Stopped off in PC World this morning as well, picked up a Chromecast thingy.. It could be quiet here for a day or two...

I have a nice strawberry & mango herbal tea on the go.
I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately so I am not having any property proper tea after 1pm. I have abandoned alcohol too and no choccy after 6pm. Apparently this all helps, according to a friend of mine who is also having difficulty sleeping.

Just getting ready for my first club TT of 2014. First rider off at 6:45. I'm thinking that this will be my last season as the training is getting too hard!!

All the club races are coastal routes so contain a few bumps and are always windy. The good thing about tonight is that the route is very local to me and only 5 miles long - so the pain won't last too long, even though it will be lung ripping and leg burning in intensity.

I'll report back later. :hello:
