Ugh
Just been prescribed stuff which will knock me out proper, so along with the painkillers I reckon I may not be here for a few days! Forgot to get the prescription today but shall do it tomorrow when I'm hanging about Glasgow.

Yeah. I find if I take a painkiller about 30 mins before a ride I can manage ok and they last for about 6 hours (diclofenic) but I hate taking anything - the nurse in me lol

Well am in bed with the iPad and had my nightly dose so may dribble off to sleep any time - whether I stay asleep remains to be seen!
