Its not that bad just now but it won't be a biggie (for me), I'd plans for the weekend but yesterday I did more than I expected, did some steeper hills which have boggered the old pegs slightly
Yeah, I usually head out around 7am but the swishing of cars going by kinda dampens the ardour, the local track is alive now with dog walkers etc but it lets me jump off and on whenever I feel like it..

I rarely set out with a route in mind, I get to an off and lets head down this way...
I like being spontaneous ( does that make sense?)...
I never tell my mob where I'm headed but they track me on Endomondo (Bobby Mhor) which occasionally has my cuppa ready to pour when I arrive home
