Morning all, just checking the CC crowd before I go out for a little 50k loop, luckily I don't think it's going to be warm enough for many flies to be about, otherwise I can see them all finding that gap in my grin!

Grey and threatening here but no rain given, so going for it. Would have my breakfast coffee first but last nights caused me to stop trying to brave the pain after a few sips...

Great idea SL, like a sort of 'bad tooth bypass' operation... I'll have a look for one.

The kids used straws to suck jelly up with once... for no other reason than the noise it made was funny...if I find the video later I'll put it up here.
