Well I managed to fall asleep on my hot water bottle last night and now have a huge burn and blister on the front of my ankle!! It has however taken the focus off my shoulder.
It's very ouchy. Hugs welcome.

Turns out I'm going to Swansea tomorrow, Mother-in-Law is not getting much better. .. Sorry, wrong smiley, that's the Les Dawson one...
