Oh dear. Just hit it. Last resort and all that. whats wrong?

New laptop and this thing keeps coming up on my browser, whether it be firefox or that interweb explorer, called mysearchdial and its a pain in the butt. I have uninstalled it and then I have done a virus check and I have restored it to before firefox etc went on it. This mysearchdial thing is getting on my pips! I just cannot get rid of it. I will go and chat with my tame IT chappy if I can't get it to go.

Some things are like that. Once they are on your computer you can't get rid of it. Happened to me once with AOL. Couldn't get rid of it. Had to get an IT chappy at my sons work to get rid of it for me. Good luck

Thank you Classic. As soon as its finished its scan I will go sort it out. I haven't got as far as loading my malware checker as yet as I have been trying to do a virus scan and try to find my way about in windows 8.
