When I were a lad my dad got his pay on a Thursday so we got our pocketmoney just before the mobile shop arrived on a Thursday evening. My money was always spent on a big bag of Bassets liquorice allsorts and a bag of Tayto cheese & onion crisps. the crisps were in the old paper bags in them days!!

Great thanks, beautiful blue sky, sun event managed knee warmers and arm warmers with gilet. Ages since I have been able to wear that little kit. Took best bike and we blasted it a bit, so it was another good workout.
Excellent..
My paltry run was done in drizzle and light rain but still enjoyable even after I blew up on first hill...
two new PB's on Strava though (still well down the lists though)
