Thanks Bobby. I hope so.
Think positively..^_^
I sometimes look at the window and think 'Here we go' but a minute or two into it..
'Yeeha' even the hills are now thought of just a slower way up but if you go up, you gotta whiz down:bicycle:
The elated feeling at the end of any run is good:thumbsup:

Today I did intend to head up a Strava segment but it was between hills and a hooley was blowing down the valley so I just cut off right and added a wee bit further on to make up the distance I would have lost:angel:

I know once I am out there I will be fine. It's just that initial getting out there that;s the hard part.
Just sit ready, have a :cuppa:
and you'll get that ' Right let's go' moment...

I'm sure it will all fall into place..
'Move that dog oot ma road, ya eejit' or 'Excuse me, if you don't move that fat erse of yours I'll have to divert a mile around it' or Passing on your right'

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.

I'm lucky in that within a couple of miles I will be on B roads and others that arn't even B road, just little country lanes. Even the A roads arn't as busy as in the city's or towns. I will go onto the B4404. It's a small road that has a bridge that goes over the River Dovey....

I was shocked at how narrow the single tracks were in the Rowen area (S of Conwy), our local Route 75 is as wide....but most of my on road stuff is on what is determined back road..overall quality of road isn't bad.

A lot of the lanes here are really back roads and are suitable for only 1 car at a time. If you get 2 cars your stuffed. One has to reverse will it eaches a layby. It can be quite hairy at times.

Our back roads can be the same, I use a couple which are great fun on a bike but you have to slow when meeting traffic, tonight I slowed for a horse:sad:

My fave Welsh bridge (so far)
