I used Philly in my last Carrot cake and was pleasantly surprised...
I've not made anything in ages..
I worked in a hotel in early '70s and they had no cake and pudding guy so I helped out...qualified? I was employed as a 'pearl diver'
Ive never used philly before. Maybe it was the chocolate.
