I'm off to soak in the bath for a bit.
Then off to Halfrauds for some grease so I can put my new pedals on. God help me when I do as I managed to shred my legs on the plastic ones today!

Evening. Another quiet day in the cafe.

Seems so.

I'd like to know who's teaching the teachers as well as how they're going about it.
I mean every holiday means another training day at the end of it, these days.
It always amazes me just how many days the teachers have off for training days, especially when they could have training days while the kids are on holiday. How is it that training days can only take place when the kids are back at school?

Can't answer the second part, but if so many training days are required are the right people teaching.
For some its not a new job & it doesn't change that much over the course of a year.

At my grand children's school a lot of the teachers are in they're early 20's, some are only 23. Not much older than the kids they are teaching
