The recipe looks good though I'd have to substitute the milk for skimmed milk and the condensed soup for a low fat variety.

It works out okay that way, but a little cornstarch may be needed to thicken it, I would suppose. I have had no gallbladder problems, but Mrs. GA had hers out many years ago.
