Should have closed the school for the day and everyone would be happy

We thought they were going to at one stage, but everything was cleared and the school bus was able to get through.

I feel so sorry for everyone who is suffering because of the floods. I cant begin to be able to imagine the trauma they are going through and its not just for a couple of days, but months. they're homes, posessions, gardens everything and there is no end in sight either.

It is very distressing to see people suffering. Often it has happened before, and they have just got things straight from a couple of years ago.
