I'm pretty flat here, I have never had a landslide near me, except when I was rock climbing once in Southern Illinois.No. The landslide happened between villages, before it got to me. Kids on this side of it can still go to school. we arnt talking about a big landslide
like you get over there.

All the flooding led the news yesterday, mainly centered around the Thames. In California, everything is so dry that the prospectors are out in the river beds looking for gold .I think part of the railway was taken out as well. The railway is on higher ground and slipped down onto the road, plus there must be a lot of vehicles from the authorities there as well making things that much worse. All par for the course as they say. If you live in the country you accept it. That is the price you pay for such beautiful countryside.
Aye not too far..about 6 ml from the hooose if I take the Devol Rd over the golfie then up Garshangan track even on my hybrid..I hope you enjoyed outing. I admire anyone who can cycle up the Old Largs RdWe have a light dusting of the white stuff on the tops of the hills here. Probably would be enough to close down the home counties for a week or two, but here its MTB weather. Heading out now to climb up to Loch Thom (@Bobby Mhor) and see how I get on fitness wise. Got an extra half stone to lug around after the recent weather .
Enjoy your new piece of machineryI'm home!!!

The water levels are dropping in Tewkesbury now and they have opened the Gloucester road back into the town...panic is over for the day there.
That's good. Hopefully the peaks currently headed downstream won't bring it too high again. The water levels are dropping in Tewkesbury now and they have opened the Gloucester road back into the town...panic is over for the day there.
