Yes. I also have a Federal Thunderbolt 1003 on my route, I report its proper function. They are still prevalent and in use in the midwest,mostly for tornado alerts, although being replaced in big metro areas by talking sirens. There is also a much older model 2T22 across the street from where I work.

I think my county ESDA would have a problem with that. Those are still in use in this part of the country, and tested monthly. Here, the philosophy was and is use it up and wear it out. That may be why my uncle was still so proud of his Ford Model T. He was still using it in 1964.
