Might see some blood xx(
I remember eating a medium rare peppered steak in Dublin many years back. I sliced the knife in and the blood came out and seemed to curdle in the sauce. It was yum yum :hungry:. There used to be a steakhouse in Baggot Street in Dublin that refused to serve steaks well done on the grounds that it ruined the meat - I had many a great meal in there and it was very popular.

Sounds like that is a good place to visit.
Only downside would be the prices in ROI I guess

Got a nice 45 in today in sunny conditions in the midlands.
Bit of a cool south westerly blowing on the way out, but was good on the way back, helping along.
Wind had really got up now, it's starting to howl.Weather forecast predicts yet another rough night and very wet and windy tomorrow :rain:
Yep we have lashing rain and gusting winds in NI, after what was a breezy but sunny day.
