I miss it also. I wonder if Quito, Ecuador, is still out there.

HCJB is now heard only on FM in Quito at 89.3 MHz, and AM at 690 kHz, and within Ecuador on 6050 kHz, short wave ( as taken from the Book of Knowledge)
