I am chilled out tonight Bobby. Nice and warm. I have been doing my meditation, although I am not sure if it is working or not as no one has made me lose my temper this evening. Not yet anyway.

'War Dept' is an occasional name I use for Mrs Mhor...
'The Management' is one she accepts.....and acts like it.
Typical it looks like not too bad for out on the bike this weekend, I've someone to see around lunchtime tomorrow then who knows?
Saturday tied up with moving the boy to his new abode.
Sunday is free so hope the weather stays okay (or more the wind/ice/snow stays away)
