Not much. Its pouring down, so an hour on the turbo trainer, and tomorrow I have to take my grand daughter to Shrewsbury hospital, as she has to have her braces changed. That will be a round trip of 120 miles give or take

I'll be going into town at about 3.30pm with hubby, better make a list as I'll forget half of what I wanted!

Its called alzheimers. I have it all, the time. I have to make a list as well. I have a terrible memory for remembering things like that. Yes it is a long haul and we probably wont be there for more than 20 minutes. So 2 hours driving at least must for 20 mins.

Just had first cuppa of the day but totally forgot it was weigh day. How much, do you reckon, does a large mug of tea weigh?
Its chucking it down here so I am being nesh and not going out for a ride. A turbo is on the list but I really ought to fix my laptop and pay some bills first.
