Quiet thanks. Turbo trainer, shower, cleaning inside of car. Beating grand son up. Same ol Same old. How about you.

Housework (though I saved the laundry for tomorrow) and generally sitting about drinking tea and having naps!
The shoulder I strained the other day on my wee trail sojourn is nagging me (not the one I've had treatment on!) so I'm sat here with a hot water bottle behind it.

Instead, I organised my daughters flowers and chocolates for Monday
Just my little grandsons to buy presents for in February and March now!

It was my grandaughters birthday on the 5th Jan. We bought her a leather jacket. She is 16.

My grandsons will be 2 (Feb) and 3 (March). They both love Thomas the Tank Engine and the 3 yr old loves Spongebob but they are happy with anything you give them, so I'm sure I'll find something nice for them both

The next one is in March and he will be 13, then 4th July. The twins will be 12 and then my oldest grandson in July as well. He will be 18.

My grandsons will be 2 (Feb) and 3 (March). They both love Thomas the Tank Engine and the 3 yr old loves Spongebob but they are happy with anything you give them, so I'm sure I'll find something nice for them both

They grow so fast. Make the most of them as they are now. Before you know it they will be taller than you.
