Winter is a tough time of the year and it actually starts on Saturday if I am correct. It is depressing due to the lack of sun and warmth. You can understand why people get depressed and their health suffrers.

Yes. I must admit I do get depressed by it. I will have to see how the weather goes, and get out at the first opportunity I can.

January and February are probably the most miserable two months of the year in the UK. Christmas is over and its cold and wet. It's not too much fun here either, as it gets incredibly hot and dry, the opposite extreme. Somewhere like southern Europe or New Zealand would be ideal places to spend those two months.
