Just had a nice cuppa and now off to walk the dogs before a couple of "emergency" miniature labradoodles. Funny how clients think that its an emergency when they don't brush their hounds and then suddenly want them groomed before Christmas. I do have more than one client!!
I once told someone that poor preparation on their part did not constitute an emergency on my part. Actually this was last Christmas Eve at about 6pm when someone suddenly needed me to go out and groom their dog, right then and they couldn't possibly wait until the new year. Charged her double and a call out charge and felt so much better.
More tea needed I think, the phone has already been mad this morning and its not 9am yet
