um. well then, if your wheel doesn't move at all I guess 3 mph is practically speeding for you

WD, fixing a puncture is easy enough, but it helps to have the knack, and to practice getting the tyre on and off and the tube refitted and so on. Ask Mr D to teach you, and to tell you if he has any little tips on how to make it easy. Knowing the process is one thing, knowing how to make it easier is another!
