Do I need to get the spray plaster out?
Ive been using Schwalbe Ultremos for two years - i think they are brilliant - I have only had two punctures in 12000 miles - they were both on the same day - back and front - the farmer had been cutting hawthorn hedges - that would have happend with any tyre. - I would like to point out that i am on my 3rd set of Scwalbes.

I am goignt o have to bite the bullet and change the tyres on Bertha in the New Year to something that is ultra anti-puncture I am not looking forward to getting a puncture on her rear tyre and having to deal with it as at the moment it would be the bikey fixing man from urge who would be called which would leave me without wheels for a while it has a sturmey archer hub thingy on the back wheel!

Where do you get those from rbr? I've come across their use in the flint ridden lanes of East Anglia before but never found a source

You should really start from page one though and catch up, should only take a few months if you're dedicated ^_^

Back when Tea? got hived off into a separate section a while ago, I picked up the original Tea? thread (it got too big, and a new one had to be started.) Re-reading from the start brought back some memories! Folk who've drifted away, in-jokes now long forgotten, happy times and sad. I didn't get all the way through before my laptop threw a wobbly and my online time was curtailed a bit.

I owe a lot to this thread, I've made a lot of good friends here, and found a husband to be!
