I attempted to leave the house to go to the supermarket this evening but had an anxiety attack, this terrible feeling appeared in my head then I felt dizzy. Abandoned any plans to go anywhere and decided to drink tea instead.
At a time in my life I too experienced panic attacks. However, I haven't had one for years and, somehow, feel that I never will have another. I hope you have a similar outcome. I too am willing to listen/read if it helps you.

Just seen this...I have suffered with anxiety attacks and know only too well that overwhelming feeling.
Go easy on yourself, do things when you're ready to....and drink tea

Bloody hell. Better late than never you turning up girl.
