It's 10.45pm now, so it's dark and a bit chilly.

Marin saddle changed back (bliss). Lowered saddle and handlebars which I've been meaning to do for ages. Back light is dying, only one strip lights up now - and a new one isn't cheap, but I will be buying the same again - and my new front light has arrived . It's lowest setting is better than the highest setting on my old one .
After that excitement, I then have to go back to the drudgery of cleaning the dining room
