Thank you people of the Tea? Crumble it is then... just need to stew the rhubarb now it is defrosted the other filling strawberry/rhubarb was already stewed before it was frozen

Crumble with rhubarb mmmmmmmmm sounds good, never, got a recipe cuz I've never seen it made with rhubarb, usually it's cherries.
