Today's dilemma - do I make pastry or just crumble or can I be bothered to do both.....

Thank you people of the Tea? Crumble it is then... just need to stew the rhubarb now it is defrosted the other filling strawberry/rhubarb was already stewed before it was frozen

Lazy cook tip....Make mahoosive batch of crumble, strew over baking paper, bake in oven, cool, bag in portions and freeze. Micro warm when needed.

Edit; Advantage of preparing separately....no "soggy" crumble accidents

Got a bit of a lay in, all three kids were playing quietly down stairs,
just put a load in the washing machine and sat down with and cornflakes,
may go out for a family later
