Just a tiny pinch to bring out the sweetness of the oats. Everyone has different tastes in that respect. Do laugh at those who get precious about what they see as the traditional way though.

Do you change the time you milk them with the clocks going back/forward?

Morning Tea , I still have a thumb and a nice red line up to my elbow, then the nurse drew a semi circle at the end of the red line
so it looks like the work of a school boy drawing an appendage !!

We split the difference , so the cows get up 1/2 later or earlier , so not to confuse them , bless.
