Um yeah, like here in America, like we do things like differently like, soooooo.......

Our curry sauce is NOTHING like yours. No curry paste either.
but I can't do onions or garlic and I don't like the idea of using apples, doesn't sound good to me so I was actually thinking I would prefer pineapple instead but it doesn't puree too well and I still need something to substitute the garlic..... and really I'd prefer to use fresh curry leaves but then my sauce would be green instead of orange

Can you answer me 1 question? When I watch an American cooking programme everyone refers to herbs as erbs, why isn't the 'h' pronounced?

Aahhh..... it just sounds a bit odd, then again I suppose some Brits sound a bit odd to you too.

Yes especially when you forget to pronounce the majority of your consonants!

Actually, I think it all started when some weird American decided they thought Herb was a great name for their precious baby boy but thought it sounded too girly when prounouncing the H so they looked at that tiny baby and said you look like an uuurb.
