In Alice in Wonderland, at the Mad Hatter's Tea Party, there is a dormouse asleep in the teapot. Dormice are sort of known for being sleepy, because they hibernate.

In fact, the Romans ate one species of Dormouse, the Edible Dormouse (Glis glis in Latin) There is a native British species, the Hazel Dormouse (Muscardinus avellanarius). The native species is now quite rare and endangered.

On another note, any facebook officianados on here. I want to try find an old school friend of mine but she has a very common name. Is there anyway i can narrow down my search ?
