From the picture you put up the other week I'm surprised you have more than a stone to lose, maybe the baggy clothing was hiding more than I thought?

Best to start big if you want to loose weight. It's dangerous if you start small

I had many layers on that day i admit. Not as many as i would have had on if i had ventured North though. I would have been in ski gear !

Any sign of snow up there yet, apart from the fall you had at the weekend ? The Daily Mail says it's coming so it must be true

@Rockymountain do you not take your bike to Yorkshire when you visit ? Think of all those lovely hills you can ride up and down and as a result eat even more cake afterwards

Can't comment about those. I only read the Shropshire Star usually.

Have just had a look at the forecasts. Looks like a bit of snow round here about the middle of next week, but not lasting long. Will get pics if it happens.
