You would do fine here then if you can handle 40 degrees with the window open! I on the other hand like it warm but have not had any heat during the winter fo the past 4 years

But do you do 1pm or 13:00? Like military time. And do you say it thirteen hundred hours or like thirteen o'clock
Depends on who I'm speaking to. Most business's would prefer the 24 hour clock, so in that case it'd be given as 13 hundred.
Otherwise it'd be given as 1 o'clock, seldom use the pm.

It's not the minutes that's the problem it's the hour. I still have to count 12, 13;1, 14;2, 15;3, 16;4, 17;5, 18;6, 19;7 etc
Just take 12 off, its as easy.

But ask me who my favorite classic artist is or about the War of the Roses and I could probably tell a thing or two. I can't do numbers in my head, but I have a friend who is great with maths (not from the US) he believes it's because we (americans) are taught in a poor manner which I agree completely.
