Well I am sat here enjoying a mug of yorkshire tea after finally catching up on all the unread posts.

I was only off CycleChat for a week but it has taken me nearly 3 days to catch up on the Tea? thread.

Although the cesspit talk was a bit (and also reminded me that my parents have one...)

I tried the whole 5:2 thing, but it wasn't for me, it didn't really fit in with my cycle commuting and I didn't fancy the idea of "bonking" in London traffic.

I managed to read 1 and 2 of "The Foundation Series",before i got a headache..........but they are good,if you're into novels about space colonization and aliens

Classic - you need to look at Crocker's thread and solve his puzzle. I've tried but am feeling very dim.
