I'm going to be busy again today. After a cooking session of epic proportions yesterday, I need to move stuff out of the other freezer, work out what needs using, and then get cooking again. After yesterday's mince-fest, today I shall mostly be cooking other stuff.

Not sure 'fun' is the right word! But I need to get the freezer relatively full just so it is more economical. I normally just cook too much of everything and make sure there's a couple of spare portions for the freezer, but this beastie is huge.

I've decided if we get biblical floods that I'm going to raft the kayaks together with the barge in the middle and it can be filled with cats and essentials and we can just float away serenely
