Me and the OH have started a diet this morning as we (predominantly me, he's in it for moral support I think) are getting a bit chunky of late.
Just tucking in to a black coffee and banana.

Squidge was up bright and early as usual, User76 asked to go to bed at 6 last night and somehow made her way into our bed in the night, she is snuggled up still fast asleep with Mr P, both are snoring!

Not the Wiggo diet! The diet is one of my own concoction, which has proved to be very effective before, It's basically a vegan version of Slimming world green days but also mostly cutting out pasta and bread. OH will mostly just be cutting out beer!

I think I've been on the Wiggo diet without realising since I came out of hospital in December. The amount of extra padding I've achieved is quite admirable!
