Yes, a discustard cream please. I am :cuppa: while having a break from sieving the compost. Unfortunately it is really soggy cos I made a mistake last spring. I thought the compost was too dry, and added some water. Never ever ever again, will I add water to the compost bin! It is now spread out in large garden tubs to dry out.

I did eventually sort out the drains on the patio. I made a slighter bigger hole in the hose/tube thingy*, and flushed out the muddy gunky stuff, then washed the pebbles that cover the tube/hose thingy.

* Other more accurate terminology may be available. I did not, in this instance, need to know what it is called, in order to fix it. ^_^

Now, now, you need to get this right. Is it a tube/hose thingy, or a hose/tube thingy...?

We've had a lovely day doing Not Very Much. We had coffee and a pastry at Neros for breakfast, went down to say hi to Spandex in his workshop, pottered back up to town to buy a £wich for lunch, stopped off at the Oxfam bookshop to look at maps, then onto the Museum Gardens to eat our lunch, back via Smiths for a pack of Plasticine (for modelling purposes), and then back to the Shambles for tea and crumpets in a cafe we've only just noticed, although it's been there a year apparently!

Finished off with a walk to Sainsburys for the weekend's supplies. Home now, with a nice :cuppa:
