Had a leisurely 28 mile pootle in the this morning, then slumped and vaguely dozed for a couple of hours on a friend's sofa after she fed me a bacon and brie butty and a hot cross bun, as well as copious amounts of . Been fettling the bike after this morning's ride, took the cassette off for a 'deep clean' must have dislodged half a kilo of crap, should be a lot faster up the hills now
