I've just seen that too! It was on Insect Dissections on BBC4.

The 'lead' is a thread with weighted beads on it to see how much weight a bee can lift.

It's very wet out there. My landlords are going to be horrendously smug when they come back off holiday next week unless the weather gods take pity. Nothing better than than the look on someone's face when they realise they've spent £ on jetting off to the sun, only to miss out on home grown sunshine.

It was freezing earlier but has warmed a little.

Dad gave me a haircut in the conservatory a little while ago. Feels a bit better now but I think he is loosing his touch, I had to 'tidy up' and bit afterwards.

It is a bit small, the Kindle, not the cake, but easier to use than I thought it would be, except for the smileys, which are very fiddley and teeny tiny. Which version should I be using?
