TDF Maths Error

I can't work out why it's the 100th Tour. First one was in 1903, it's now 2013, that's 110 years. WW1 took away 4 years and WW2 took away 7. Thats 11 years lost to warfare. So can someone please explain why this is the 100th and not the 99th TDF?

The answer is because they held it in 1913,1914 and 1939 before France was occupied.
